• Register for or access any of our Services.
• Request information or a consultation about coaching, systems, or joining LPT with us.
• Participate in strategy sessions, coaching programs, trainings, events, or surveys.
• Use our GoHighLevel forms, funnels, booking pages, SMS, or membership areas.
• Communicate with us via email, phone, or other channels.

Sensitive Information. When necessary, and where permitted by law, we may process sensitive information you choose to share such as financial information in connection with applications, payment plans, or coaching programs, and demographic or other information you include in forms or conversations that could be considered sensitive under certain laws.
Payment Data. If you make purchases, we may collect data necessary to process your payment (such as partial card details and billing information). Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Social media and calendar integrations. If you connect with us or register through social platforms or integrated tools (for example, using links from social media or connecting calendars), we may receive profile or scheduling information as permitted by those platforms.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you should notify us of any changes.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information is collected automatically when you visit or use our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our website, funnels, or online platforms. This information does not typically reveal your specific identity (such as your name) but may include:

• Log and usage data (pages viewed, funnels visited, links clicked, date/time stamps, session duration, and features used).

Google API and Google Workspace
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We also use Google Workspace for email and document/file storage related to our business and coaching operations.

• Facilitate account creation, authentication, and management of your coaching or recruiting profile.
• Deliver and facilitate coaching and consulting services. This includes scheduling calls, providing trainings, granting access to GoHighLevel workspaces, templates, and automations, and following up on action plans.
• Respond to inquiries and support requests.
• Send administrative information. For example, service updates, billing notifications, and policy changes.
• Fulfill and manage orders. This includes processing payments, subscriptions, and renewals through Stripe.
• Enable user-to-user communications. In any group programs, communities, or shared spaces we host.
• Request feedback and testimonials and, with your consent, post them on our Services.
• Send marketing and promotional communications. We may send emails or SMS about coaching offers, events, or opportunities with us and LPT, consistent with your preferences and applicable A2P/SMS rules.
• Deliver targeted content and advertising. Where permitted by law, we may tailor content and offers based on your interests, location, or interactions.
• Evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience. Including funnel performance, audience insights, and recruiting pipeline analytics.
• Protect our Services. Including fraud monitoring, security, and abuse prevention.

We process your information only where we have a valid legal basis, such as your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.

We may share your personal information in the following situations:
Service providers and processors. We work with third-party companies that provide services on our behalf, including:
• GoHighLevel - CRM, funnels, forms, calendars, email/SMS, pipelines, membership/client areas, and automations.
• Google Workspace - business email, document creation, and secure file storage.
• Stripe - secure payment processing, billing, and fraud prevention.
These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us, under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
Other users and public areas. When you post content (for example, in a community, group, or comment area we host), that information may be visible to other participants or, if public, to anyone who accesses that area.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

If we offer the ability to sign up or log in using social media or similar accounts, we will receive certain profile information from the provider (for example, name, email address, and profile picture) depending on your privacy settings with that provider.

• For as long as you have an active relationship with us (for example, as a coaching client, subscriber, or recruiting contact).

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the personal information we process, including:
• Using reputable providers such as GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, and Stripe, which implement encryption, access controls, and other safeguards.
• Restricting access to personal information to staff and contractors who need it to perform their duties.
Despite our efforts, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk, and you should use secure networks and protect your login credentials.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
Our Services are intended for adults involved in business, coaching, or real estate. We do not knowingly collect or market to children under 18, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete the data. If you become aware of data we may have collected from a child, contact us using the information below.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, and may have additional rights depending on your location.

Marketing communications and SMS. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails. For SMS, you can typically opt out by replying STOP or similar keywords where supported.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service) is permitted, but text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting you can enable to signal that you prefer not to be tracked online.
